The Urban Tech Hub is a fully renovated floor with suites ranging in accommodation of 8-100 people.
Suite prices start at $7,500 and phone booths, conference rooms, and private offices are either included within the suite or provided on the floor. Each suite has new desks, office chairs, filing cabinets and a terrific view of Madison Avenue or Grand Central Station.
